
I have been cooking professionally in some of the top kitchens in the country for over 10 years. My experiences and knowledge enable me to successfully mix Indian flavors and spices with everyday dishes, making Indian flavors accessible to everyone.
I was most recently one of the opening Sous chefs at Bocanova, a Pan American restaurant in Jack London Square. As Executive Sous Chef at Junnoon, a modern Indian restaurant in Palo Alto, I was named one of five 'Rising Stars' by Gentry Magazine (November, 2007). I assisted in the design and layout of the kitchen and developed an exciting menu, unique in its approach and presentation. Prior to that, I spent some time at The Bombay Club in Washington, DC and my formative chef years in Manhattan, at Tabla.
I am now working to share my creations and innovation with you.
